Supported Housing

Southern Focus Trust’s supported living services work in partnership with statutory and voluntary agencies to provide a holistic approach to support.

The underpinning philosophy of the services encourages and promotes independence and self coping mechanisms so that service users feel equipped to move on to more independent living.

Through the CPA, support planning and risk assessment process we enable service users to identify areas they’d like to develop and gain increased confidence with as well as concentrating on housing related support issues.
