Direct Access

Southern Focus Trust’s 24 hour direct access hostels provide direct access accommodation for single homeless people in Portsmouth and Basingstoke.

We offer individual and life skills programmes and support as well as signposting people to other agencies in the area. Our staff work through needs assessment and by having individual support planning sessions with the people who use the service. Key workers aim to resettle residents to more permanent accommodation and support within 6-12 weeks of moving in.
