Supported Living & Individual Support

Supported Living and Individual Support aims to offer as little or as much support as people need to live in their own homes by providing flexible, responsive services that adapt and develop as people’s skills grow.

Our support includes tenancy and domiciliary support, community access, leisure activities and other life skills delivered in a range of accommodation types whether rented or privately owned. They include:

  • bedsits
  • flats
  • shared houses where people live alone, with peers’ parents or with a partner

We also provide a cluster flat model in which individuals or couples live in their own flat, with other flats close by with staff available as required to support people individually.
