YOU's registered care provides high support services for people with complex and multiple needs.

We use the person centred approach to identify people’s needs and aspirations. We respect individual choice and support service users to develop their skills, talents and social interests.

Service users are at the centre of the services and are a driving force in the management and direction of the home in which they live. Service users are involved in choosing the staff who work at the service and we work towards involving service users in the training that we deliver. New communication resources are in place as sometimes the needs of people who require registered care support benefit from a range of communication approaches.

We aim to make all information as accessible as possible by using pictures, symbols and photographs.
