Liz joins SFT as Head of People & Learning
Southern Focus Trust (SFT) has appointed Liz Page as its new Director of People & Learning.
Liz joins SFT from the Southampton Primary Care Trust where she spent 3 years as Learning & Development Manager; previously, Liz has worked in senior HR / training roles for Hampshire Constabulary, Hampshire County Council and Manchester City Council.
Lancashire-born Liz, who has lived in Hampshire for 9 years, will be responsible for the strategic development of the Trust’s People and Learning department. She will also oversee the learning and development of the organisation's 450 staff and review current HR procedures and offerings to ensure that the Trust continues to be an employer of choice for the third sector in the region.
Of her appointment Liz said: “Southern Focus Trust is a very forward-thinking and innovative organisation. The management team and staff are always very proactive and responsive to new ideas. This is a new challenge for me and one that enables me to really make a difference to people’s lives.”
