Floating Support & Resettlement
Floating support is a flexible, responsive service designed to prevent homelessness by supporting those at risk of losing their home.
The service is accessible by families and people aged 16 and over. The focus is on retaining housing in a manner that ensures dignity and empowers people to take charge and be enabled to manage their own homes. The service is generic and works flexibly with people for lengths of between one single session up to two years of ongoing support.
