Direct Access

YOU's 24 hour direct access hostels provide direct access accommodation for single homeless people in Portsmouth and Basingstoke.

We offer individual and life skills programmes and support as well as signposting people to other agencies in the area. All service users are assigned a key worker who will support them to identify the issues related to their homelessness through needs assessment and support planning.  Key workers aim to resettle residents to permanent accommodation and support once they have the skills and confidence to move on to more independent living.
