What do you do?

Southern Focus Trust is a charity providing care, support and advice to vulnerable people in Hampshire and Dorset.  We employ over 400 staff and provide a range of services ranging from drop-in or telephone advice, to floating support to supported accommodation to registered care.  Please click on our 'our services' page to see the full range of services provided by us.

Where do you work?

Currently, Southern Focus Trust is working in authorities of Portsmouth, Hampshire and Dorset.  We work with a number of different councils and a full list can be found in the 'who we work with section' of this web site. 

How do I contact you?

Please go to our 'contact us' web page for details on how to write or phone.  We can also be accessed through a number of panels or fora (eg Supported Housing Panel).  We have leaflets for our organisation, department and each of our services which are available on request.

Can I make referrals?

Some services will allow you to make direct (personal) referrals such as our Direct Access Hostels.  Other services will need you to be referred via a panel.  Please contact us with the service you are interested in accessing and we will tell you how to make a referral either for yourself or another person.

Can I work for you?

Southern Focus Trust is always happy to accept applications for permanent, part time and sessional staff as well as volunteers.  We advertise all our jobs on this site as well as in local newspapers and on the radio.  Premier Crew, our internal staffing agency, provides sessional work and work for people who are looking to get into this area of work for the first time.  Please contact our HR department for further details.
